Associate Professor Dr. Rusni Hassan


Dr Rusni Hassan Associate Professor and Deputy Dean of IIUM Institute of Islamic Banking and Finance
DR. Rusni’s works and contribution to Islamic Finance has also been recognized internationally when she was listed among the top 10 women in Islamic Finance by CPI Financial in 2013 and has been awarded as most talented women professionals in Islamic Banking, Asia Islamic Banking Excellence Awards, CMO Asia 2014. Dr. Rusni’s publications includes books on Islamic Banking and Takaful, and Corporate Governance of Islamic Financial Institutions.




Dr.Y.R.K.Reddy, ( Ramesh Reddy ) is an international adviser in corporate governance whose professional work spans 40 countries and international bodies including the IFC / World Bank Group, AfDB, Commonwealth Secretariat and OECD. Based in India, he is the Founder President, The SOE Forum, at Paris and the Academy of Corporate Governance, India; member, Advisory Board of Arguden Governance Academy – Turkey; Affiliate, The Boardroom Practice – New Zealand. Formerly, distinguished Chair Professor of Strategic Management, Independent Director, featured Columnist and corporate functional head, he was educated in India and the UK. He was also a Research Fellow at Friedrich Ebert Stiftung ( `79) – Bonn and Visiting Fellow at LSE – London (`89).

Assoc Professor Dr. Magda Ismail Abdel Mohsin


Dr. Magda Ismail Abdel Mohsin is currently an Assoc. Prof. at the International Centre for Education in Islamic Finance (INCEIF). She obtained her doctorate in Islamic Civilization/Islamic Economy from the International Institute of Islamic Thought and Civilization (ISTAC)/the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in 2003.
Prior to joining INCEIF in 2007 she taught many subjects in Islamic economics and Islamic finance at the International Islamic College IIC besides, she was appointed as the Head of Economic Department for two years and as Deputy Chief Executive Academic for two years in the same college.
